Shipping
- In Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia goods are delivered by courier companies (Omniva, Venipak, Siuntos autobusais) to the address specified by the Buyer or to the selected parcel locker; goods to other countries are shipped by post or courier services.
- Goods are usually delivered within 2–3 business days from the day of dispatch. This term is indicative and does not apply when the required goods are not in the Seller's warehouse and the Buyer is informed of the shortage. The Buyer agrees that, in exceptional cases, delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the Seller's control.
- The Seller is released from liability for delivery delays if the goods are not delivered, or are delivered late, due to the fault of third parties or circumstances attributable to the Buyer. In such a case the Seller undertakes to contact the Buyer without delay and agree on delivery terms and other conditions. If the Seller does not deliver the goods within the additional period, the Buyer may withdraw from the sales contract.
- If the goods are not delivered on the day agreed with the transport/courier company, the Buyer must inform the Seller immediately, but no later than the day after the planned delivery date. Otherwise the Buyer loses the right to make claims related to non-delivery or late delivery.
- The Buyer undertakes to accept the goods personally. A valid identity document must be presented on receipt. If the Buyer cannot accept the goods personally and the goods are delivered to the address specified by the Buyer, the Buyer has no right to make claims regarding delivery to an inappropriate person.
- On delivery, the Buyer must, together with the representative of the transport/courier company, check the condition of the packaging, as well as the quantity, quality and assortment of the goods.
- If the packaging is damaged, the Buyer must note this on the courier's data terminal or the paper delivery confirmation.
- If a discrepancy in quantity, quality and/or assortment is found, the Buyer must refuse the shipment. In this case the Buyer and the courier representative draw up a free-form report noting the discrepancies.
- Once the Buyer accepts the shipment and signs the courier's data terminal or paper delivery confirmation without remarks, the goods are deemed delivered in undamaged packaging and the quantity, quality and assortment correspond to the order.
- The risk of accidental loss or damage of the goods passes to the Buyer from the moment the goods are handed over to the Buyer.
