Shipping policy
- Delivery by OMNIVA courier to all cities in Lithuania – from €3.50 (excl. VAT); delivery to Omniva parcel lockers – from €3 (excl. VAT). For delivery to other countries, please contact our manager.
- Pick-up at the /SHMUTKE/ CUSTOM office (Kalvarijų g. 125D, building 3 – 410, Vilnius LT-08221, Lithuania). Items in stock are prepared within 2 business days.
- Items in our warehouse: delivery time after payment is 1–3 business days; during the pre-holiday period (October–December) it may extend to 5 business days. If for any reason the goods cannot be delivered on time, our manager will inform you in advance.
- Custom-design products are prepared by the customer in the system, or designs can be sent to info@shmutkecustom.com.
- Delivery to other cities is carried out by third parties (courier services); we cannot be held responsible for delays, loss or damage of the shipment, but if this happens please inform our staff immediately so that we can find a solution as quickly as possible.
